What Reports Can I Access at Wonder Cave and How Do I Use Them?

This guide summarizes the reporting files available to you as a Wonder Cave client. Use this document to understand what each report includes, what it's used for, and how to interpret the data.

Campaign Reports (Daily, Monthly, Rollup)

Purpose: Track performance of campaigns by day, month, or in aggregate

Key Metrics:

  • Campaign Title, Client Name, Campaign Type

  • Sent Messages, Delivered Messages, Failed Messages

  • Opt-outs, Replies, Segments, Clicked Messages

  • Click Tracking Enabled, Two-Way Conversations

Usage:

  • Daily: Monitor daily performance

  • Monthly: Identify trends over time

  • Rollup: View cumulative totals


Messages Report

Purpose: Message-level delivery details for each client and campaign

Key Metrics:

  • Event Type (e.g., Sent)

  • Click Tracking Enabled

  • Short URL

  • Sent Date and Provider

Usage: Useful for audits and troubleshooting message delivery or link behavior.


Click Report

Purpose: Track clicks on shortened URLs sent via text

Key Metrics:

  • Short URL and Destination

  • Time Clicked (OpenedAt)

  • Location (Country, State, City)

  • User Device/Browser Info

  • UTM Source & Campaign

Usage: Understand audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.


Conversations Report

Purpose: See outbound two-way conversations by client or campaign

Key Metrics:

  • Sending & Recipient Numbers

  • Message Content

  • Timestamp

Usage: Review client-specific outbound communication history.


Messages Report

Purpose: Broad record of message sends including provider, event type, and tracking data

Key Metrics:

  • Campaign Name, Client Name, Provider

  • Short URL, Click Tracking Enabled
    Send Timestamp

Usage: Complements other delivery and engagement reports for full message traceability.


Opt-Outs Report

Purpose: Log of phone numbers that unsubscribed (manually or via reply)

Key Metrics:

  • Phone Number

  • Timestamp

  • Opt-out Type (Manual, Automatic)

Usage: Monitor and manage compliance with unsubscribe behavior.


Replies Report

Purpose: View inbound responses to your text messages

Key Metrics:

  • Contact Number, Message Content

  • Campaign & Client Info

  • Opt-out Triggers via Reply

Usage: Analyze audience responses and manage automatic opt-outs.


Clickers Report

Purpose: Track messages being “clicked out” by clicker agents (Please note: this is simply clicking “send” to push messages out, and not click tracking)

Key Metrics:

  • Agent Name, Messages Sent

  • First and Last Message Time
