Features
- Made the following changes to the Monthly report:
- Added number type
- Updated 'Starts at' date to MM/DD/YYYY format
- Added number type to the Campaign Stats report.
- Added new campaign statuses on the campaigns grid:
- Draft - campaign hasn't been fully executed.
- Scheduling - system is scheduling messages for a campaign. This status will only show for future scheduled campaigns. Please note: scheduled messages will display as '0' until the message scheduling is finished.
- Scheduled - messages have been scheduled. This status will only show for future scheduled campaigns. An estimated number of total messages at the creation time will be displayed on the grid and actual message count will be updated an hour before the start date/time.
- Failed - campaign has failed to either schedule, build, or send.
- Building - system is creating the actual messages. Please note: for same day campaigns, you might see '0' as the total scheduled messages while the campaign is building since the system skips scheduling and scheduled stages and goes straight to building stage.
- Ready - campaign messages have been created and system is waiting for start time to be reached.
- Sending - system is actively sending messages.
- Paused - campaign was paused.
- Sent - all of the messages were sent.
- Completed - campaign has reached its end date/time and messages have been sent.
- Added draft campaigns to regular campaign creation:
- Plan
- On the plan page, enter your campaign title, select message type, select sending number (if client has multiple sending numbers), select your audience and any suppressions. You can save the campaign as a draft or continue to the next page.
- Build
- On the build page, enter your message, include any custom data points, include click tracking, and set start date/time. You can save the campaign as a draft or continue to the next page.
- Preview
- On the preview page, review how the message will look on a handset, send out test messages and review deliverability. You can navigate back and forth to make as many edits as needed. Once the campaign is ready, you can fully execute it.
