Fixes

  • Fixed permissions issues that were specific to users in both systems and changing permissions in one system would cause a login issue in the other system.
  • Fixed the issue with missing provider error summary on campaign details page. 

Features

  • Implemented Telnyx normalized carrier names to ensure carrier exclusions apply to all smaller carriers.
  • Outbound callback improvements to help optimize the system. 
  • Updated logic to ensure short code sending doesn't exceed provider MPS.
  • Made welcomer respect client MPS limit.
  • Added validation to only allow unique campaign names.
    • Please note:  you are able to re-use a campaign name if the original campaign has been deleted. 
  • Added logic to automatically navigate users to the 'Campaigns' page if they switch to a different client. 
  • Implemented data ingestion improvements on opt-out uploads, manual and CRM contact uploads.
  • Recurring campaigns
    • Create a recurring campaign
      • Plan 
        • Name the recurring campaign and select your audience/suppression 
      • Build
        • Enter your message, include personalization and click tracking
        • Select start time of the daily campaigns as well as start and end date.
          • To run a campaign indefinitely, select 'No End Date'. 
          • All contacts automatically go into a 30 day (1 month) cool down period before another message is sent out to that contact. 
            • The field is read-only and can't be changed at this time.
      • Preview 
        • Preview your message and send out test messages to selected or all test message numbers for the client.  
      • Draft campaign - while the recurring campaign is in the draft status, you can make as many changes as you need before making it a live campaign.
      • Once you're ready to start sending, click 'Save & Execute'.  System will start creating daily campaigns based on the start time. 
    • View recurring campaign details and performance metrics 
      • Campaign details gives you a quick snapshot of the campaign. 
      • Performance metrics tab displays a roll up of all daily campaigns statistics as well a list of all daily campaigns for the recurring campaign.
    • View daily campaign details/performance metrics
      • From the recurring campaign performance metrics tab, click on the name of any of the daily campaigns.  From here, you can view that campaign's details and metrics. 
    • Pause a recurring campaign
      • On the recurring campaigns page, locate the recurring campaign you want to pause. Click the 3 dots menu and select 'Pause'. 
      • Once paused, any future daily campaigns will not be scheduled.  You have the option to resume any paused recurring campaign, which will resume the daily campaign scheduling.
    • Delete a recurring campaign
      • To delete a recurring campaign, you first have to pause it.  Once paused, system will give you an option to delete it.
        • Please note:  once deleted, daily campaigns will not be created. 
    • All recurring campaign data will appear on the daily and monthly campaign reports. 
      • Added 'Recurring Campaign' column to display the parent campaign name for any recurring campaigns.
