How do my messages get clicked out and sent?
All available campaigns will show up on the My Campaigns page. From this page, you or an assigned clicker agent group are able to send out messages for any available campaign. This article explains how to click out messages on an active campaign.
1. On the navigation sidebar, click 'Outbox'.
2. Locate the campaign you would like to send out messages from.
3. Click on the campaign name.
4. Click and hold the send button.
5. System will give a success message and navigate you back to 'My Campaigns' page once all of your allocated messages are clicked out.
Please note: for Clicker role, only those campaigns that have been assigned to that agent will show up on My Campaigns page. Admins, Staff Managers, and Staff are able to see all active campaigns.
