How to Set Up and Execute Two-Way Conversations
Step 1: Set Up Tags and Templates at the Client Level
Organize your communication by creating tags and reusable templates. This makes it easier to manage and respond to messages efficiently. Before creating the campaign, make sure to add in your tags and templated responses on the client details page.
Step 2: Create Tags & Templated Responses
Craft common replies in advance to save time during live interactions. Templated responses help maintain consistency across client messaging.
Step 3: Compose Your Message and Enable Two-Way Conversations
When sending a message:

Write your content in the message composer.

Ensure the toggle for “Two-Way Conversations” is enabled — this allows recipients to reply directly and continue the conversation.
Step 4: Engage with the Recipient
Open up the “Conversations” tab in Grassroots and begin engaging with your recipients! Once replies start coming in, jump into the conversation and respond in real-time.
