How do I create an audience in Iris?
Iris allows you to create audiences, which are sub-sets of your overall contact list. On campaign creation, you will be able to select these audiences. This article explains how to create an audience from all contacts list.
1. On the navigation side panel, click on 'Segments' tab.
2. Click on 'Audiences' sub-tab.
3. Click 'Add Audience'.
4. Add rules and queries to narrow down the audience.
5. Click 'Save'.
