How do I create a suppression in Iris?

A suppression is a collection of contacts that you don't want to include in a campaign. You are able to create numerous suppressions from your contact list. This article explains how to create a suppression.

1.  On the navigation side panel, click on 'Segments' tab.

2.  Click on 'Suppressions' sub-tab.

3.  Click 'Add Suppression'.

4.  Add rules and queries to create the suppression.

5.  Click 'Save'.
