Grassroots Release 4.1.5

The following changes were released on March 18, 2025 at 9:30 PM.

Fixes 

• Fixed the permission issue for Staff Managers and Staff Users on the health check number creation page where the 'Assign to all of my clients' checkbox was not visible. 
• Fixed the incognito mode issue with users unable to log in when third-party cookie blocking is enabled. 

Features

• Added validation on the API and UI create message flow to prevent users from adding "|" in the message. 
• Updated logic on MMS campaign creation to refresh the media URL before campaign start time to ensure any campaigns created with a future start date (past 7 days) will go out successfully. 
• Added 'stoptoend' as an opt-out word.
