Features

  • Updated logic on campaign creation when selecting campaign types.  Going forward, only campaign types that have 5 or more provisioned sending numbers will be available in the 'Campaign Type' dropdown. This will ensure that no unregistered numbers send messages that will be blocked downstream.  It also ensures that the system will not allow campaigns without necessary sending capacity to be created and scheduled.
  • Added ability to select a preferred area code for sending messages.
    • On the campaign creation page, select your client and campaign type.
      • Please note:  client and campaign type have to be selected in order to populate the available area code values.  The dropdown will be read-only until both are selected. 
    • Click into the area code field and select one of the available options.
      • Please note:  the selected client/campaign type must have at least 5 sending numbers purchased in order for the dropdown to be populated. 
        • If there are more than 5 sending numbers available but they all have the same area code, the field will be automatically pre-populated.  
        • If you are using a toll-free number for the client, it will display 'Toll-Free' in the dropdown.  The field will be read-only.
        • Please note: All numbers must be provisioned by our team in advance. This feature does not allow you to enter any area code at will. You’ll only be able to select from area codes that have already been provisioned for that specific client.
    • Complete campaign creation.  System will only utilize the sending numbers with the selected area code.
      • Please note: this is an optional selection and if nothing was selected, the system will send out messages from all available phone numbers, regardless of the area code. 
  • Added the capability for the Hourly report to be delivered every 15 minutes.  This is a separate report that contains the same data points as the Hourly report.
